Located in Ogden, UT, we’ve been supplying Utah with gourmet mushrooms since 2015.
We grow over 1,000 pounds a week of oyster, shiitake, lion’s mane, pioppino, beech, king trumpet, chestnut , and maitake mushroom species.
90% of our mushrooms are distributed within 50 miles of our farm; local fresh delivery across the Wasatch front and beyond.
