About Us

Located in Ogden, UT, we’ve been supplying Utah with gourmet mushrooms since 2015.

We grow over 1,000 pounds a week of oyster, shiitake, lion’s mane, pioppino, beech, king trumpet, chestnut , and maitake mushroom species.

90% of our mushrooms are distributed within 50 miles of our farm; local fresh delivery across the Wasatch front and beyond.

Our goal is to increase access to high quality fresh gourmet mushrooms all across our great State!   From grocery stores to your favorite farm to table restaurants -We’re proud to provide y’all with the premium gourmet mushrooms you crave.
